This treat of a retreat is designed to re energise, rebalance and recharge. A perfect tonic to help connect us to patience, gratitude and clarity in our lives.

Yoga and Wellbeing is for everyone.
Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced, this retreat is to honour where you are in the ‘NOW’.
Striving for and retaining the beautiful life we want to live, this gift to yourself will be your guide on the self-care path.

What we do

Yoga - Helen.jpg

Yoga

Our liberating Sattva Yoga Integrated Practices will guide us through Pranayama (breath), Hatha Asana Vinyassa (postures), Meditation (stillness in silence), Kriya (energetic body), mantras (chants) and mudras (hand gestures) to shift and master energy, enliven all energetic levels of the body and reconnect with our true selves.

Wellbeing - Sarah_edited.jpg

Wellbeing

Practicing Gyana Yoga (wisdom, truth and correct intellect) will take us further into our Svadhyaya (self-study) as we spend time sharing our stories, helping to locate our inner compass and keeping us on a positive path when we find ourselves in a sense of spin.
Gyana Yoga will equip us with a metaphorical wellbeing “toolkit” to take home, which will have been inspired by our open circle.

Nourishing

By activating our Annamaya kosha, the physical body we arrive in a state of sattva (harmony). Yoga, Wellbeing and Sattvic vegetarian and vegan foods aid nourishment for the body in an optimal way

Zoe 2.JPG

In memory

of Helen's friend Zoë Poston (1966 - 2017)

Our ‘POZ’itively Nourishing Retreats are held in Zoë’s memory. Zoë (Poz, my nickname for Zoë) and I met when we were 13 years old and remained the best of friends until Zoë’s death in 2017. Zoë was gorgeous, funny, talented and so clever with a uniquely wicked and infectious laugh, but for too many years she struggled with life. Growing up together we shared so much of life’s delights and challenges, but it wasn’t until just before she died that she admitted to me the extent of her troubles. By the time she honestly confided in me it was too late for me to help her. Not having my beautiful friend around anymore is a loss that I wish I had more time to try and stop. I didn’t get that opportunity, but what I can do now in Zoë’s memory, is try and support others to feel strong from the inside out and sparkle. When Zoë sparkled, she put the life into life.
