We are led to believe that we must be super flexible to beable to do Yoga, but the physical movement known as Asana, is only a part of a yoga practice. The Sattva Integrated Practice, Yin and Meditation which we share isn’t about how bendy you may or may not be, if you can or can’t do a handstand or even if you can or can’t touch your toes; it's about honouring and respecting where your body and mind is at, in the ‘now’.


Through the practice of meditation, kriya kundalini, asana, journaling and wellbeing technology; connection to our true selves and a deeper level of knowingness is harnessed.

Where the attention goes, growth will follow.
