Online Sattva Integrated Practice


Finding your weekly seat on your mat may be the hardest thing you do during a demanding week.

An online class is the perfect opportunity to  transition from home to your own studio without the rush of getting out the house after a busy day. If your Wi fi allows, try moving outside for your online practice and connect with nature.

Available for all levels, this engaging weekly practice can be done from a yoga mat or a chair (wherever the body is at), allowing you to re set your nervous system.

You will need to provide yoga mat, bolster cushion or supportive cushions, yoga strap, yoga blocks or hard back books, blanket
