This day allows us to come together as a collective and remind ourselves to continue to thrive, support environmental protection and sustainability.​

So treat yourself and let the power of yoga support you and our planet.

Preparing for the Autumn Equinox (which falls on September 23rd)
 

This retreat Day will allow us time to dive deeper into the seasonal shift as we prepare to welcome in the autumn and transfer energy. As  the sun crosses the celestial equator, giving us nearly equal day and night hours we begin to embrace the harvest festivals leading towards winter.
