Finding your weekly seat on your mat may be the hardest thing you do during a demanding week.
Available for all levels, these engaging and energising weekly practices will reset your nervous system.
Practiced mindfully in our modern society the weekly classes allow you to relax, find mental and physical strength and evolve in a safe and nurturing environment. Yoga is an ancient science of Self-Mastery, connection and evolution.
Integrated Hatha
Pranayama (warming the inside of the body up using our breath) to prepare for Hatha Yoga (balancing the right and left side of the body and freeing pathways so energy can flow) and Kriya Kundalini (repetitive movement, mantra, breath and mudras to create a moving meditation).

Yin Yang Yoga
Balances energy, flexibility and strength. Yin helps release connective tissue and muscles. Yang helps develop muscular strength, blood flow and stamina. Uplifting mantra meditation to close the practice.
