Summer Solstice 
& International Yoga Day

As the sun rises, we will celebrate the longest day and shortest night, as we mark the start of summer with an invigorating mini yoga retreat rooted in Himalayan tradition.

Setting an intention of radiance this practice will invoke the sun god, Surya and his life giving energy. 

A nourishing vegan brunch, made in the farm kitchen will further add to our well-being.

Also acknowledging International Yoga Day on 21st June with the theme

 " Yoga for Wellness, Wisdom and World Peace" as we practice surrounded by nature.
